Clear fees. No hourly rates. No scope creep. You know precisely what you are paying before any work begins.
I am looking for five firms willing to be among the first to commission bespoke work. For £795, you receive a complete resource pack, comprising the client-facing guide, FCA compliance assessment and marketing deployment guide, fully designed and branded with your firm’s identity.
In return, I ask for permission to reference the project as a case study, and a testimonial once the work has met your standards. One project per firm at this rate.
This is the fee that applies to all work once the founding client places are taken. The deliverables, process and quality are identical. The founding rate is a discount for early clients, not a sign that the scope is any different.
I ensure every detail meets your institutional standards with precision and clarity. Fine-tuning is part of the process to reach absolute compliance and brand alignment.

The sample packs cover four subjects, but I can produce a resource pack on any topic that is relevant to your firm: pension consolidation, Inheritance Tax planning, divorce financial settlements, decumulation strategies, or content written for a specific client segment such as NHS consultants, solicitors or business owners. The fee is the same for work of equivalent scope.
Market commentary and issuer-level research are quoted separately, because the scope varies considerably. A quarterly market overview is a quite different proposition from a detailed earnings analysis of a FTSE 100 company. Tell me what you need and I will give you a fixed quote before any work starts.
For firms that need regular content on a predictable schedule, a retained arrangement tends to be more efficient than commissioning individual projects. Billed monthly at an agreed rate. Over time, the quality also reflects the continuity. I get to know your firm, your clients and your house style, and the work gets better for it.
These are quoted as standalone documents. The fees reflect the analytical depth each one requires and the regulatory weight it carries. All fees are agreed in writing before any work begins.
| Document | Notes | Indicative Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Fair Value Assessment | Substantive charges vs benefits analysis for the whole firm, including vulnerable client analysis and cross-subsidies. Board-ready. | From £1,500 |
| Target Market Assessment | Per product or service. Includes positive and negative target market. Price per TMA. | From £500 |
| Outcomes Monitoring Framework | Written MI framework covering all four consumer outcome areas. | From £800 |
| Vulnerable Customer Policy | Written policy per FG21/1 requirements. Can be adapted from a template base. | From £400 |
| Annual Board Consumer Duty Report | Ghost-written from your MI data. Annual. Recurring. | From £1,200 |
| Consumer Duty Documentation Suite | All five documents as a coordinated package. The most cost-effective approach for firms building the evidence base from scratch. | By arrangement |
All fees shown are indicative. The final fee is agreed before work begins. Consumer Duty documents are delivered for your compliance review and approval. I do not provide compliance sign-off.
One round of revisions is included in the fee across both service lines. In practice, most projects are completed within that single round because the briefing conversation does the job of getting the scope right before writing starts. If a project needs more extensive changes, I talk through the options before anything further proceeds. No surprise charges.
